Kutralam Falls

Popularly known as the 'Spa of the South', the waters of this fall pass through the forest of herbs thereby gaining medicinal properties and attracting a huge crowd of believers. Located at a distance of 160 kms from Madurai in Tamil Nadu this immense water body actually comprises of nine waterfalls, the Peraruvi (Main Falls), Chitra Aruvi, Shenbaghadevi Falls, Then Aruvi (Honey Falls), Aintharuvi (Five Falls), Puli Aruvi(Tiger Falls), Pazhaya Courtrallam (Old Falls), Puthu Aruvi (New Falls)and Pazhathotta Aruvi (Fruit Garden Falls) respectively.
